I get them when I'm tired and/or stressed. Never found a way to get rid I'm afraid, just goes by itself.

I get these when I'm tired and stressed (so all the time LOL!)

it just goes away on its own IME.

Try to get an early night tonight, with a nice relaxing bath before you go. In fact I insist that you do!

RoyKinnear · 28/10/2007 13:51

mine come and go in stints - odd aren't they?

BananaPudding · 28/10/2007 13:51

Can also mean your body is low on potassium. Eat a couple of bananas and it may help.

DottydotsofBloodOnTheFloor · 28/10/2007 14:01

I had one for a couple of months - ended up going to the GP because it was in the same eye I've got a lump in, but was completely unconnected and the GP just said to ignore it and it would go eventually.

Agree they're very annoying - you need more sleep and less stress!

Yorkie, I tend to get a twitchy left eye when I suffer prolonged inflammation of my sinuses. Took me ages to realise that was the trigger for me.
