Will post pic in comments. Is this just a spot or should I try and get a doctors appointment? It's tender to touch and honestly looks like another nipple

No I would go and see a doctor about that, because of where it is I wouldn’t want to try all the usual things to release it. You can probably ease it by keeping a hot flannel on it for as long as you can bare.

Probably a cyst, see a doctor. Might need draining or antibiotics
