Atypical glandular cells in cervix

Hello all.
I've had a few tests since having an abnormal smear, including a LLETZ procedure at the beginning of the week. I had a chat with the doctor when I was there, who told me more about the results of my punch biopsy at the end of last year- I have CIN1 and also atypical glandular cells. The way the doctor said it, the LLETZ would almost certainly get rid of the CIN1, but that the glandular cells are more worrying, and trickier to get rid of.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of atypical glandular cells on cervix, and if there's anyone in the know here, is it likely I'll need further treatment? I know it's a long shot!
