Anyone take it?
I've got some arriving tomorrow from a licensed producer/grower. I was fine about the prospect but the guy is clearly a bit woo. He reckons I'm a cautious Fire Horse 😂
But it's supposed to be good, right?
Not sleeping due to anxiety from a number of real life problems

I’m currently trying it out!

I got some a while ago (pre pandemic) as I’m a terrible sleeper. It didn’t seem to work and seemed to do the opposite (energise me!). I googled and for some people it can do this. Typical!

However, I revisited it a few weeks ago. It seems if I cut the dose down that helps. It does seem to relax me at night and stop the whirring of my mind. I still wake multiple times. I did read it can take a while (a month?) to see full effect so will persist for now.

So how much do you take? And when in the day?

Well the lady in the specialist shop said 0.75ml after breakfast and before bed.

As I seem sensitive I’ve dropped it down to 0.5ml and I’m only remembering before bed at the moment!

I have been using the 25 mg capsules for a few weeks, one per day, a small dose. I find that it stops me feeling anxious and out of control, which in the current climate is very welcome. Also anti-inflammatory properties are welcome, I had long covid last year.

Thank you everyone. Mine didn't come with a dropper, so I'll source one and start measuring and experimenting in a cautious fashion

I should also mention that a friend tried the drops recently and had a really bad reaction. So caution is definitely a good idea. I always enjoyed smoking cannabis when younger, she never did.
