Oh my, I looked in the mirror, big big mistake
(have changed my name for this post!).
I have felt like DH has to get past something when we have sex so I took a peek....
I have fleshy bits that definitely weren't there before childbirth (4 years ago). They are all around the entrance, if I do a tight pelvic floor muscle exercise they all block the entrance ....it looks like something is trying to escape if I then let go! One is like a finger! (obviously smaller!)
No bleeding, pain or anything from them.
Asked doc very matter of factly who said it is how I'm left after childbirth. I had no stitches, had a 'graze'. But she said it's from all the stretching.
So, anyone else got this??!!
