Breast Lump

I have lumpy breast tissue anyway as I'm very flat chested. I have a lump of fibrous feeling tissue in my right chest. It's oblong shapes and quite big. It does move when you push it. I first discovered it last April but my mum does soon after and it was put to the back of my mind. Rediscovered it today and it feels much the same. I hope that's a good sign but I'm back to freaking out. I'm under 30. This probably won't be cancer will it? If it is I'm stuffed leaving it for so long. Sad

I've no idea if it's cancer, I don't know enough about lumps but ring your GP tomorrow and get an appointment or direct referral to Breast Check, or your local equivalent.
Honestly the worrying and waiting is the worst, so sooner begun sooner done.
I do have Breast Cancer but my lump was against the chest wall so it was a retraction in my breast that sent me to the GP. The oncologist said it could have been growing for 10 years and I'm still here, so don't write yourself off just yet.
Best of luck Flowers

Put your mind at rest - or at worst get it sorted out. My routine scan was rescheduled twice from April to end Sep and I am now in treatment for BC. So certainly not too late. Going forward for tests will make you more anxious in the short-term - but much better in the long term. Best of luck - and sorry for your loss. Flowers

I just feel silly because I found a lump in 2018 and had it scanned and got the all clear but can't actually remember if it was the same lump/ same breast even. I don't want to waste anyone's time. Do you think the GP could have a look on my records and find out were lump previously was? Sad

Contact your GP - ask for an initial telephone consult and take it from there.
