Blood in urine

Anyone had blood in their urine and it not been anything to worry about?
Last week I noticed one incident of blood in my urine. Thought nothing of it, thinking I was beginning a period (I don't have them frequently or heavily due to the coil). Today it's happened again. No period in between these two times.
Should I see a doctor?

You should ‘see’ a doctor as it can be a sign of kidney disease.
However this is something that was picked up on a recent health assessment for me - currently ongoing further testing - and 2 people have told me it happened to them and didn’t lead to any health problem being sound so don’t panic.

I had this in 2019 - it turned out to be a UTI. I had none of the typical symptoms, just visible blood.

Thank you. I'll try not to worry and make an appointment but I have lupus which can affect the kidneys so it's a little worrying. No other signs of a uti though. Obviously by 'see a doctor, I meant have a telephone consultation!

You can get UTI checks at certain chemist without seeing a GP, i know Sainsburys do it.
