What could have triggered my allergy?

I've just had a sudden allergic reaction and have no idea what could have triggered it at this time of year. I do have hayfever in Spring and moulds can trigger my asthma in autumn, but this time of year is usually clear, and this came on so suddenly I'm puzzled!
I was taking my son to the bus stop, and had to run for a bit. It wasn't fast, or for long, and I'm not that unfit that that level of exertion would normally be any problem, but as soon as I got inside, I was sneezing uncontrollably, my eyes were itchy, red and watering and I needed to use my inhaler. I've taken all anti histamine and I'm starting to feel better, but I'm at a loss to what the allergen could be, any suggestions?!

I was going to suggest exercise induced urticaria but that seems to affect your skin more. familydoctor.org/condition/exercise-induced-urticaria/
I have random allergic reactions to things all the time that I often can't pin point. If you're inhaler and antihistamine has reduced the symptoms then I wouldn't worry too much.
