Tooth tastes sweet

One of my teeth tastes sweet as if I have just eaten chocolate but all the time. It is not a general sweet taste in the mouth as it seems pretty confined to one area. I have had cavities etc taste metallic before but never sweet. Does anyone know what could be causing it? My dentist is only open for emergencies.

Hopeful bump because it's actually driving me mad.
