Online classes to keep DM connected

DM is 78 and fit and mentally switched on, however she is becoming increasingly anxious due to Covid and lockdown. DB and I chat to her everyday and she has a daily walk with a friend. We also have a weekly family zoom quiz. Her mental health is declining though and I think a regular online class, eg tai chi, line dancing, book club, conversational French, would help her feel connected with the outside world. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations please?

Have you looked at the University of the 3rd age? Pre Covid you could sign up to your local one and book on to lots of different face to face classes (all retired people). I'm not sure whether there is much going on online though?
