What is this rash/mark?

Flattering photos below (hopefully attached). It’s lower spine and isn’t rough/textured and doesn’t hurt when pressed. Any ideas?

Could be a herald mark? But looks more like a bruise of some sort? Hang on will Google the name of the rash that starts with the herald mark. It's harmless.
