Blood Pressure Reading

If I'm a 23 year old female and I needed to tell someone my blood pressure reading, can you give me an example of what a normal blood pressure might be?

Is 120/80 not considered normal and over 140/90 is high blood pressure? Something like that anyway

From nhs:

As a general guide:

normal blood pressureis considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg

high blood pressureis considered to be140/90mmHg or higher

low blood pressureis considered tobe 90/60mmHg or lower

A blood pressure reading between 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg could mean you're at risk of developing high blood pressure if you don't take steps to keep your blood pressure under control.

So is 103/62 good?

103/62 is fine. That's what mine generally is. It used to be much higher when I was fat and unfit.
