Hi,
I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia 18mths ago (camera down throat jobbie).
I’ve been having pain for that last couple of days but it has just this evening become worse.
Eating & drinking are quite uncomfortable and I can feel and hear grumbling coming from the site of the pain.
Has anyone got any tricks to help ease this? I’ve taken gaviscon and Omeprazole.
