I have had thrush back in October got treatment for it and then cleared up. I work nights since July my diet and sleep are not good. I feel I may have thrush again just since early hours of Tuesday morning as I was working Monday.
I said to my boyfriend he said it could be all the foods we had over Christmas eating and drinking. This week I feel I can’t get enough sleep could I be run down, the last time I had thrush I was going mad with itch, my skin all over is dry even nose has skin peeling. I have been lacking in water as well, drinking more tea. I drink only herbal teas.

Also last weekend when having sex my boyfriend didn’t do it intentionally but hurt me abit Inn Clit it is abit sore and itch with slightly redness.
Please can anyone advise.

In the same situation as you, it's horrible isn't it, drove myself mad with the itchiness. I purchased canesten 2% cream from my local pharmacy for around £8, applied twice a day and it cleared up within 2/3 days.

You could try the cream and pessary, or just the cream on its own. If it keeps returning I'd advise seeing your doctor just to get things checked.

Just a heads up, men can get thrush with very few symptoms and you can pass it back and forth to each other, my partner had to go to gp and get treatment for it which eventually resolved the matter. For now recommend canesten.
