Aching left leg

I feel bad taking up HCP at the moment and I'm fairly sure it's nothing serious, but at the same time it's driving my batty and stopping me sleeping....

My leg lower leg has ached constantly for about the last two weeks, maybe more. Kind of a constant dull ache, not a sharp pain. Sometimes the ache travels up into my thigh and I can sometimes feel something similar in my left lower arm.

I have not strained it and, if anything, am doing less exercise so I don't think it is over work.

Any ideas on what I can do to relieve it? Paracetamol/ibuprofen aren't having any impact.

If the usual pills aren’t helping I would suggest seeing a GP. It could be some kind of strain from sitting for longer at home during 2020... perhaps you’re unconsciously leaning more on your left side when you sit? I weight bear on one side as I found out at a yoga class, I think it’s quite common!

Maybe try some heat pads or a hot water bottle in the meantime, or a radox bath, but please do book a GP appointment, they’re there to help, it’s their job!
