Hi I'm not sure whats been happening with my baby but he sometimes drools alot or has some spit up and I think he might be breathing it in by accident, he looks shocked has wide eyes and his arms jerk a little when it happens then he breathes a little faster or coughs, has this happened to anyone else? I don't know whats going on, it lasts a few seconds then he's fine but I'm quite worried it happens most days is it normal?

How old is your baby?
Babies have an excellent gag reflex to prevent choking. It could just be that kicking in but it’s hard to say without more info on age, what they are eating at them etc

He's just turned 5 months old, he's on formula
