Painful Bicep
Hi for a number of weeks I’ve had a painful left bicep it doesn’t hurt to touch or use so I’m not in constant pain but if I make a sudden movement I get an awful burning pain down my arm
I’ve also noticed that I can’t put my arm across my back which I can with my right . I’m not sure if it’s a bicep problem . Any advice please

If you have a shoulder impeachment, the pain will be in your biceps.
Can you raise your arm laterally to reach the shape of a cross and further?

impingement not impeachment! reading too much Trump stuff

Hum... maybe GP, which of course with lockdown is impossible.
The fact that the pain moves along the arm sounds like a nerve more than muscle . Try doing the nerve gliding and flossing exercises
