Pills? Or liquid medicines?

Some people just can't tolerate pills and swallowing something like that makes them feel ill.

Unless a medicine needs to be taken on an empty stomach, I always take mine with food. My stomach has really suffered after years on horrible meds, including bisphosphonates and steroids. It is really sensitive now.
Taking tablets with food does help.

I felt really nauseous when I took the antibiotic Co-amoxiclav, but I manage other antibiotics ok so perhaps you just haven’t been prescribed one that suits you yet. I also felt very sick when I took bromocriptine for a while which surprised me as I usually don’t suffer any side effects with medication. I think some things just suit some people better than others.
