Has anyone got any advice on this?
Im early 30s, fit and healthy. Exercise 5x a week doing HIITs. Fitbit shows heart rate goes upto average 150bpm during exercise. I am boiling hot, face like a tomato, fatigued and sometimes feel faint. But not a bead of sweat. Me and my husband are baffled!?
I realised I never sweat even on holiday. Its like I dont have a sweat gland in my body. I drink 2L of water a day.
Whats going on?!
