4Yr old waking with bad pins and needles

Hi I am new to this forumn but we desperate for some help.

My step son is 5 in a week but we have the problem that he wakes in the night from pins and needles in his feet and legs. This can happen as often as once a week to once a month. DSS has this when he stays with us and with his mum. It does not always occur in the same leg.

DSS has been to the doctor about his and they have had no suggestions what to do. If any one has any ideas I would be glad to hear them.

its a long shot but could u attempt to make him sleep with his feet elevated?

Hi I will give it a go but he is a bit if a figet (not sure of spelling) in his sleep
