Sudden onset migraines/dizziness

I'd appreciate if anyone has any experiences, I am going to book a doctors appointment next week.

I've never been a migraine sufferer, but recently I've been getting migraines (couple of times a week) which are occular - starts as a little kaleidoscope square which spreads across my vision and then a feeling of fuzziness/slight headache afterwards - not overly painful but feels horrid and I can't see while it's happening.

As well as this I have spells of feeling a bit light headed/dizzy.

A couple of years ago I cricked my neck when twisting to take a photo and I had an identical migraine immediately afterwards, so I'm wondering if this is related in some way. Underneath I'm obviously worried that I've got a brain tumour or something!!!

Has anyone on here ever had something similar?

I've started getting these, I booked in for a full eye test, and a scan of my optic nerve etc, at specsavers. Everything looked fine. I think it was just work stress or too much time staring at a computer screen without a break.
