Im wondering if anyone could help me?
Last week i started off with left shoulder pain that felt like i had pulled a muscle. It was also accompanied by a pressurised headache on the left hand side. The headache was only intermittent and because i had a busy few days at work, i put the headache down to stress.
However, the shoulder pain decided to move down into my left arm and leg. My leg and arm just feel restless and the pain is like a constant niggle/tenderness. My partner also noticed that my left hand grip wasnt 100% either. It was quite bad yesterday so i phoned NHS 24 for advice and they sent me to my local minor injuries unit to be checked over by a Doctor
Doctor thinks i have possibly strained my neck so suggested ibuprofen for the pain but was a bit unsure of the leg pain ? he has requested my GP refers me to neurology for an appointment. I need to check with them tomorrow when they re-open
I can still manage to do stuff and i am currently at work but sitting at my desk is making me more restless. I have noticed a slight pain starting in my right leg and when i went to write notes for a client, my writing was crap.....
Anyone any suggestions on what is happening? im tempted to go home from work and rest? Also Doctor @ minor injuries did advise that if it got worse, that i should probably go to A&E. I dont think its got worse, its just the pain has now moved slightly to my right leg also.
my mind is on overdrive on what it could be especially because they are sending me to neurology?
