Sausage shaped lump

In my lower right abdomen. It’s there everyday, but in some positions (Lying flat mainly, or on my side) it seems to disappear completely. It’s not firm, I actually wouldn’t call it a lump tbh because it’s not like something you can grab, if I try to press on it it seems to also disappear.

Does anyone have this? I’m wondering if it could be my colon?

Yep.
My colon in that area bloats and sticks out like a piece of hosepipe! I have IBS and sometimes it really really sticks out..makes my stomach lopsided. It's the bit below my naval and to the right..

That's shit. Literally.

Could it be an ovarian cyst?

I had a 11cm whopper removed (benign) - but they can twist.

Worth going to GP I’d say.

@partyatthepalace I don’t think so. I had an abdomen exam by my GP last week who couldn’t feel it, plus I had an ultrasound on my ovaries last year due to heavy bleeding in pregnancy which showed nothing.
