Doctors receptionist

Dr ordered me to have blood test. When I telephoned surgery for appointment, receptionist refused to give me one. When I asked why I was told “ we will have to deep clean the whole surgery when you have gone so you cannot come to the surgery”. I told her my doctor had instructed this she just said (the doctor should know better. I could not attend”. Kidney disease is not contagious and I am not discussing my treatment with a jumped up clerk. To over rule a doctor is well past her authority! How do I complain when it’s the same person who answers the phone and won’t connect me to a doctor or practice manager. She also opens the post so a written complaint will be destroyed. Help please.

There should be an email address on their website for the practice manager.

Eh? I have regular blood tests scheduled at my surgery rather than hospital after a note from GP. Are any patients going to your surgery?? Definitely email practice.
