Advice please. (Added photos)

So for around 2 weeks now, I’ve had niggly pains in the areas in black on the photos.
It comes and goes and can also be in both sides but mainly left sided.
I’ve had it travel up my back, at the top, middle, and lower back like a ache/burning sensation.
I’ve had it side of my thigh also. Spoke to the GP who did a urine sample and gave me antibiotics which did nothing.
I then had a follow up which they repeated my urine sample and also did swabs for Bacterial vaginosis etc which I won’t get results until Monday/Tuesday. Not that I’m convinced they can cause the pain where I’m having it.
Sorry for the rant but my anxiety is through the roof😒
I have got an appt to see a nurse on Wednesday she doesn’t seem to think it’s anything major but hasn’t said what it could be I’m just so worried x

What were they treating with the antibiotics?

Have you tried ranitidine? Heart burn/indigestion can be awful and affect the areas you've highlighted.

@nolovelost was given antibiotics incase I had an infection. It was sent to the lab so they called me and said they was giving me antibiotics.

@ThatBitch no I haven’t. Although I have been having a burning in my throat, sometimes so bad in the night it wakes me. Although I didn’t have it when these symptoms came on, and they are on and off all day everyday for the past 2 weeks or so.
