Stomach pain, driving myself demented

Hi, I've had stomach discomfort on and off for the past couple of weeks. Sometimes it feels like indigestion, low down in my abdomen and sometimes is a sharper kind of pain. It moves around, is intermittent, isn't agonising, just getting me down.
Not linked to eating anything and I'm not constipated. I can't wear jeans. It just exacerbates it.
My stomach isn't noticeably bigger and feels quite soft.
Also getting the occasional 'zinging' sensation, like a short burst of adrenaline. Its all quite weird.
I had bowel surgery a year ago but I don't think its related, unless some sort of delayed post op anomaly??
I'm going to phone GP tomorrow as winding myself up into a bit of a state.
Has anyone had similar???

I’ve had something similar.
Pain upper abdomen, stomach, back, and sides.
Had urine sample (clear) but has been repeated, and swabs which no results yet as only did Friday.
It isn’t a ‘pain’ isnt constant either, getting myself down so much my anxiety is also through the roof, don’t want to interact with my family I just want to be in bed away from everybodyConfused
I hope you get some answers Flowers

Sorry that you're struggling. Everything is just that much harder at the moment regarding access to GP etc. Hopefully we will both feel better soon.

Could this possibly be the problem?
