Tender elbow

I leant on my elbow a few days ago on the sofa, so a soft surface, and I experienced a sharp pain. Since then, my elbow has been really tender. It even hurts when I bend my arm and my clothes tighten on the sore bit. No bruise, redness or swelling. Anyone know what it might be?

That’s how my tennis elbow started.

Oh. Wasn’t expecting that! Can that be caused by a very slight bit of trauma?

My tennis elbow wasn’t caused by a slight knock, it was the slight knock that told me I had the beginnings of tennis elbow.

Very tender point on my elbow, aching forearm, sore wrist and weakness in arm and hand were my symptoms.

Interesting. I don’t have any of those other symptoms at the moment but that’s useful to know. Thank you.

You might’ve just hit a nerve
