Peri umbilical hernia

Any adults with one? I feel pressure when wearing sag a tank top but otherwise don’t know about it. I can’t feel a bump or bulge or see one. Wondering if it could be something other than a hernia?! Worried I guess.

I have a hernia and it sometimes hurts. I used to be able to push it back in but cant anymore.
