Oh my days I am in pain!
I can't sit comfortably I can't stand comfortably. I don't know how I'm going to sleep. Everywhere feels swollen and uncomfortable. I cannot find any haemorrhoid cream. I have however found hydrocortisone 2.5% cream. Will that help? What else will help. Someone help me please. I can't get to a chemist/shop until at least 4 tomorrow

A quick google says it’s in anusol so should help. Take some paracetamol too. I hope you find relief soon!
