Went purple 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

No injury. Just watched it slowly go “bruised”. What’s that about?

Please ring 111 and get some advice.

Spoke to my GP on Friday. She wasn’t bothered, one bit 😐

Had to have a telephone consult anyway... didn’t ring her for that! My blood pressure tablets need reassessing. She told me to buy a home BP monitor, check it twice daily for 2 weeks, then make an appointment for another telephone consultation.

Hello

I don't want to alarm you but my mothers middle finger went like this when she was around 35.

The doctors kept brushing it off and blaming it on smoking, she then had a mini stroke/blood clots, nearly died more than once and it turned out to be antiphospholipid syndrome.

Please insist on thorough checks, although I'm sure you will be fine, it's worth being sure on.

Achenbach's syndrome?

EleanorRigbyWasReal · 13/12/2020 16:32

It didn’t spread. And has gone now. I wondered if it were a bite of some sort but there was no pain/numbness/swelling. Only...discolouration. It lasted no more than a day.
