Just that, I sleep on my right side with my arm under the pillow. I noticed yesterday that my arm is slightly bent and I can’t straighten it out properly.
If I try, it is very painful and my upper arm muscle looks the way it would if I was lifting thing.
I wonder if it’s because of the way I sleep and if there’s anything I can do or whether I am just going to have to bite the bullet and she’ll,out for a physio
