Unexplained bruising? Worried?

Ive noticed unexplained bruising on the back of my thighs above the knee. No reason for them and they are on my left and right leg.

Im worried its something sinister it doesn’t look normal to me. I used to be anaemic years ago but had bloods done in Jan and no longer anaemic. Ive attached a picture. Sorry its unflattering.

There are some dotted on my calf too.

Any advice please?

Prolly nothing, but do definitely speak to your GP. My sister had something similar in her early 20s and hers did turn out to be a serious issue. Just see whether you can get a telephone consultation in the first instance, and good luck :)
