Anyone suffering/suffered from tension headaches? Any good advice on how to ease them? I have anxiety which has been particularly bad this week and got myself into a state where my neck and shoulders are hurting causing pain in my head and face, doctor said tension headaches but it’s been like this for a few days now and can’t seem to relieve it, normal over the counter pain killers aren’t doing much, it’s more of a nuisance than a bad pain but still
