Why are my breasts growing?

I am 49 and fat but loosing weight. My band size has gone down about 5cm but I'm now over filling the cups. In the same bras as prior to weight loss. They are visibly bigger gone from 95 E to F I think.

The whole week before my last period my breasts were agony. To the point where I did a pregnancy test. A week later totally normal period. I use the copper coil.

I don't eat soja. Do eat vast amounts of veg but not veggie.

Could this be something to do with premenopause? Or something else?

Your boobs are made up of fat and breast tissue. The proportion of these varies widely between women. Hence, when some women loose weight they loose it off their boobs because they have a higher fat and lower breast tissue but others don't because theirs are lower fat / higher breast tissue. It sounds like you're a low breast fat person and hence when you've lost weight from round your torso your boobs are relatively bigger. That and what sounds like PMT symptoms.

Thanks @emmathedilemma Im now a week post period and they are definitely bigger not just comparatively bigger if you see what I mean.
Pre-kids I was an A cup and went from A to F incredibly quickly when pregnant. It's not far off that experience again.
