Struggling with sleep recently - I started to work nights shifts at my hospital and my sleeping pattern is completely wrecked. On days off I sleep from 8am-11am😬 then nap later in the evening. On day shifts I have even pulled all nighters as I’m wide awake during the night now, which I’m not proud of.
Was thinking of buying something over the counter from Boots, any recommendations?
I had Nytol original or Night nurse liquid in mind but would love to know if there’s anything you have tried that is more suitable! Only planning to take it for a few days to reset my sleeping schedule.
