Nutricia package hasnt arrived!!!

Hi all I hope you can help. My mum has sinus cancer (found nov 2020) and she had mouth cancer (found june 2020 - operation to have it removed successful. However she can only open her mouth 2.5mm (had it measured the other day by a nutritionist).

She is due to start radiotherapy on the 21st and she is having a rig fitted on the 16th.

Her forsip(??) Was due to arrive yesterday but it hasnt turned up. Shes on morphine and isnt eating and the forsip is the only way of getting anything into her without her rig.

Ive tried calling the hospital and have left messages but they dont work weekends apparently.

I dont know what to do. I cant go round to see my mum because im self isolating.

Does anyone know how i can get forsip to her??

Amazon? Online pharmacy? Normal pharmacy?

So sorry to hear such awful news, must be absolutely devastating for you all.
You can buy fortisip drinks at the chemist and Amazon have some. The only thing is your mum may have been prescribed a slightly different one but may be worth asking a pharmacist. Obviously you would have to pay for these ones but might help you out of a tight spot this weekend. Big hug to you.

Ive bought my mum some weetabix drink things that the nutritionist said she could have and lots of frubes for the mean time. Shes been surviving off of half a can of soup a day becausr the morphine is having an horrific effect on her right now.

I think they were specialist drinks she was meant to be getting too. The nutritionist was keen to get fat and protien into her asap.

Shes meant to have 5 a day also.

Its a bit frustrating that I cant contact nutricia directly though.

And I cant go anywhere right now coz im self isolating :(
