Could this be a urine infection?

Feeling really tired,and generally weak, and fuzzy headed,
I have not felt well for ages,but nothing specific, mainly weakness in legs,which i had some physio for, didn't seem to make much difference
I feel as if i am having to push myself to even walk around sometimes
Had blood tests about a month ago all came back norma
Prediabetic, but not enough to worry about
I feel sure i had Covid in February,as felt similiar to this but worse, but whatever it was i have never felt my usual self since
I am never ill,when anyone else gats all the bugs going i seem to escape them,
I have been having to dash to the loo sometimes urgently, but also been very constipated the other way,and feeling slightly nauseaus
Also been feeling very cold,even with heating on, just went into the kitchen last night and was shivering,
I will ring the Dr in the morning and see if i can speak to someone

Could be a number of things but no harm in taking a fresh urine sample with you to the gp tomorrow

Well i will obviously have to ring first as of course can't go to surgery,
I expect reception will ask a Dr to ring me back first
I don't seem to have any energy, not like me at all,
I will get my daughter to drop a sample in for me if that will be ok,

I have been suffering with all the same things, all started this year too. I've also had pain in my joints but all bloods came back fine. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but there isn't a test for this, more an assumption from a collection of symptoms. Only thing that's helped me is acupuncture, after five sessions I'm finally getting back to normal, and energy levels returning.
