Constant urine infection

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. In my first pregnancy, I've had my urine checked at every appointment as usual and every time it's come back with the result of a urine infection. Every time I've gone to the GP for a completely different reason after this and provided a urine sample, it's come back the same - urine infection. It's happening again now during this pregnancy. So it basically seems that I've had it ongoing for years now. I don't ever have any noticeable symptoms apart from slight ovary like cramps and discharge which I thought was normal. What is wrong with Me? Why do I constantly have a urine infection? Could this turn into something worse? I've had antibiotics before which have obviously not helped. What do I do?

My doctor advised me to drink coconut water for uti when pregnant as I had it twice. Did not had it again.
In my case I had a history of kidney stones.

I've never been checked for that. Or had any other further tests done in fact. I'll ask my GO. Thank you!
