Scab in nose - help

I suffer with allergies and blow my nose a lot and must have done something to the inside of my nostril because there was a scab in there. Because I keep blowing my nose the scab won't heal, is there anything I can use? I keep worrying that I'll end up with a hole in my septum.

Or a dab of vaseline.

Can you take a load of antihistamine and Sudafed for a few days and try really hard to not blow your nose? Just wipe it? It should heal quickly, being on your face.

(By ‘a load’ I mean a recommended dose.)

How long have you had it?

I find that when i get a spot or something in my nose, it feels like its not getting any better then maybe day 4 or 5, i notice that its completely disappeared. It mught be the case with yours?

I literally had this a week or so ago, I just dried it out before bed every night with tissue and put Vaseline up there overnight. It took ages to clear up.

I’ve had it a few weeks now. My allergies are off/on so it’s not every day I’m blowing my nose. Today, there was a decent scab on it and tonight it felt like something was in there, touched it and it immediately came away! I’m so frustrated as I’m really trying hard not to touch it and I don’t want to bother my GP for something so trivial
