LPR advice?

Hi :) I've recently been diagnosed with LPR. Since April I've had a constantly sore throat. Excess mucus, cough, constantly needing to clear my throat.. the list goes on.
Medications don't seem to be doing much so I'm looking to hopefully eliminate it with diet. Does anyone have any advice or experience?

Thank you.

I think most people will have no idea what LPR stands for and will assume that they are unable to help.
Maybe repost with more information in the title and OP

You need a higher dose of a PPI. I take 40mg Nexium twice a day. I have also cut out alcohol, which has helped. There are foods known to be triggers, it’s just finding out which are bad for you.
