I've had lots of random pains/sensations over the last few months-
On off pains in wrists and elbows
Random shooting pains down side of neck
Random other short flashes of pain in different places
Sharp, tingly pains at back of neck, shoulders - comes and goes
Tight feeling at back of left leg, usually around hamstring but sometimes extends into top of calf and thigh
Muscle twitches in legs
Random pulled muscles in upper body that hurt at first and take several days to get better
Not sleeping well, light sleep

Had blood tests and all fine.
Have been very anxious

I started with anxiety this year and completely underestimated the effect it can have on your physical health! I would say all could be potentially anxiety symptoms Flowers

tmh88 · 20/11/2020 09:57

Just to add it gives me bad neck/head/shoulder pain which in return of keeping them so tense tends to make my arms then ache etc!

The trouble is the more weird pains etc I feel, the more anxious I get!

Yeah I get that, is it more general anxiety or health anxiety?

I am an over-thinker, always worst case scenario but at the moment it is health anxiety over these weird and ongoing symptoms.
