Cancerous lymph nodes

Do they grow? I've just realised the hardish chickpea sized lump I found in my armpit about 4 months ago is still there. It isn't any bigger though. I am not sure whether to be reassured by this or not.

Not changing is not a bad sign. But you definitely need to get it looked at.

I have a GP appointment next week. I'm just really hoping that it's a good sign. Thank you

Thank you. They have told me to come back in 4 weeks if it is still there. So reassured they are not that worried
