Hi! I’ve had this for the past few months and have now devolper a bump under my tounge. I am seeing my dentist on Monday but should I worry or is google getting the best of me!

You are right to get any new bump or lump checked as sometimes they can be serious. However, just like a lump anywhere else - most commonly they are nothing.

Good luck and try not to Google. You roughly know the worst case anyway - what's to be gained by reading it in detail? Your dentist will help you.
