Eye test result

Hello, forgive me if this is not the right place for this post.

I am wondering if there are any optician her that can interpret the attached eye test result for me, please. I would sincerely appreciate this thanks.

You are very slightly long sighted in both eyes (thats the +0.25 figures on both eyes)
You have a slight astigmatism in each eye (that's the -0.75 and -0.5 figures). The 109 and 63 shows where on the axis the astigmatism is. (Makes eyeball slightly rugby ball shaped)

Think that's correct anyway
