I’ve been suffering since July with back pain, also felt in my hip and sciatica. I’ve been for six sessions with the physio which didn’t help much I was given strengthening exercises but I didn’t see much improvement. Then went to see an oesthopath and things did improve and I managed to stand up straight instead of slumped to one side and the sciatica stopped for quite a few weeks. I actually felt normal ish again. During that time I felt positive things were improving and ended up getting pregnant. Now it’s completely relapsed though a couple of weeks ago I ended up slumped to the side again and although that got sorted now I have ended up with acute lower back pain so can’t bend and move much now. I think it’s as sore as it’s ever been. I can’t use a tens or take any painkillers, but have made an appointment again with the doctor. I was hoping someone might have some useful tips that helped them with similar pain. Tia
