Would b12 of 320 cause symptoms?

Just that really. Struggling lately with anxiety/depression, very pale with dark circles under my eyes, pins and needles and tingling on my left arm and hand and weak left calf and some weight loss and cold hands and feet.

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 2 months ago and had an op to remove half of my throid 8 weeks ago and started taking thyroxine then, but these symptoms have been on and off for the past 6 months (for context I had a baby 8 months ago).

Ive been feeling very fragile mentally since March with the pandemic and giving birth then so I am struggling to work out what is paychological, what could be thyroid and what could be other things.

Dr has dismissed my b12 theory saying 320 is fine but has agreed to refer me to a neurologist due to the pins and needles/numbness.

320 b12 is fine and would not cause symptoms. Your symptoms point towards hormonal imbalance and pins and needles is part of it. Many women get hormonal imbalance after delivery as the body cycle resets.
You are probably more sensitive to the change as apart from having the baby and the tiredness that came with looking after a newborn , you are also dealing with covid anxiety and your thyroid surgery.
Try to relax if you can. Keep a symptom diary , notice if your symptoms go up and down with your period. Talk to your GP if it is okay for you to take vitamin b complex as most of your problem will be under control if you can up your vitamin b intake.

Thanks for your thoughtful reply @Literallyfedup. I hadnt thought about hormones but am still bf and periods have just started coming back. That would also fit with the night sweats and hair loss Ive been having. Ill try to keep a diary but trying not to over think as I keep diagnosing myself with awful illnesses and sending my anxiety sky rocketing!
