Itchy rash on neck

I’ve developed an itchy rash on my neck over the last couple of days. On Monday I felt awful just really fatigued and splitting headache. Can’t get a doctor appointment for love nor money. Any thoughts? I’ve tried taking antihistamine but made no difference. Thanks

Whats the rash like is it raised? Can you include a pic? Best guess considering your other issues are a viral rash or possibly shingles

I was going to say shingles too. Mine started with a sore head snd fatigue.

I had itchy neck with rash. It was caused by nits.

Thank you for the replies. I checked my hair thoroughly and got my DP to check too so definitely not nits. The rash seems to have calmed down today so I’m thinking possibly some viral thing.
