Water flossers?

Hey,

Am awful at flossing my teeth and would like to request a water flosser for Christmas.

Does anyone have any experience with these/any recommendations for a good one?

Thank you!

We got a Waterpik a few months ago, and its amazing what it shifts - you can brush, use floss, and mouthwash, and it will still be jetting out bits

I have a Phillips Sonicare Air Flosser, which is great, it does use water, or mouthwash if you prefer. I find it really easy especially for those teeth which are tricky to get to. It’s also good for closely packed teeth, like mine, which don’t accept those little brush things.

Great thank you! I keep getting lost in the black hole of online reviews when I look at them so I've lost all perspective Smile this really helps

I’ve got a cheap Amazon one, and it’s amazing! Sorry I can’t remember which one, but maybe have a look at the reviews. I don’t think you need to spend loads.

Haha, sorry, just seen your post about reviews!

I have been using them for many years on my dentist's advice and they are great. However, I have bought expensive ones and cheap ones and found that none of them last very long. I buy the ones on Amazon for about £30 and count myself lucky if they last more than a year. The expensive ones didn't last any longer. They are quite difficult to keep clean too.

I had a brief go with one and found it quite powerful, almost like someone was taking a tiny hammer to my teeth..
