Hi everyone. I have been having seizures for the last 10 years, on average I have a tonic clonic seizure every couple of months. I’ve been misdiagnosed a couple of times but the doctors are finally considering the possibility I might have epilepsy.
This means we are now considering whether I should take anti epileptic drugs. I’d never really thought about it in the past, because I didn’t think I had epilepsy. I would just love to hear anyone else’s experience with these types of drugs. I understand they can have side effects and I guess I will need to weigh up the pros and cons of the side effects vs having uncontrolled seizures.
