Left side back pain, help!

So at the moment im experiencing left side mid to upper back pain, rib level and above. This has been coming in waves for about 8 weeks now on and off sometimes lasting a day then diappears but this week its been 5 days and its intense. Not musculoskeletal deffo inner body stuff. When it started back in sept it was accompanied by loads gastro stuff( gripey mid stomach pains, rib pains both sides) these have now calmed but the back ache is soul destroying! spoke to dr earlier in week who suggested stomach related so got omeprozole or possibly gallbladder (this area under ribs was vwry painful but now gone)...she has referred me for a scan but thats looking like months away and im beginning to doubt it is gallbladder? could it be kidneys? also read pancreatis? its getting me down so much :(

I’m sorry you’re in so much pain. So you have any other symptoms? Any bloating? Felling full quickly? I know it might seem unrelated but any gynae issues?

no, no gynae issues, co codamol only thing thats took the edge of it! mainly mid back but has reached upto left shoulder blade also occasionally. Looks like another call to the dr on monday and a weekend of pain 😭...Its just a real dull achey annoying pain of anything, can still do my every day stuff but im not a pleasant person to be around right now an being a mum.of 3 its draining me x
